Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be confident in your Floppy Ear Federation purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is also required.
To request a return, contact us at contact@floppyearfederation.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@floppyearfederation.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item when possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Floppy Ear Federation will cover any applicable replacement or return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered
- Items without their original tags, when applicable
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
Please contact us if you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you would like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Floppy Ear Federation or the item arrived damaged or defective.
