Built for distance, control, and dependable handling in the field. The Federation Tracking Lead is made from a single continuous piece of 3/8" rolled oak leather for a traditional feel that stays comfortable in hand while giving you the reach needed for tracking, training, and extended work.
Customize your lead to fit the way you handle your dog, with your choice of length, handle style, and connection hardware. Every configuration is built with function first and purpose in every detail.

Leather Care and Maintenance
Each lead is conditioned during production before it leaves our shop.
Wipe away dirt and moisture after use and allow the leather to air dry naturally. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, and direct heat. Keep the leather properly conditioned to help maintain flexibility and prevent excessive drying. We recommend using a light, even coat of 100% neatsfoot oil as needed. Avoid heavy oiling, as over-conditioning may weaken the leather.
Excessive force and poor maintenance can cause the leather to break.
